Ergon Energy Netball Academy Program

The 2010 Ergon Energy Netball Academies aim to provide a congruent development pathway for identified netball players 14-17ys, coaches, umpires and officials to assist them to reach their potential.

The Academy structure will enable Netball Queensland to be recognized as a leading state in player, coach, umpire and official education, development and performance. The structure also provides an opportunity for umpiring development within each of the Netball Queensland regions. A regional Acadmey named for the Region will increase the ownership and belonging within the Regions and their member organisations, giving all involved countless opportunities.
